I used to be a hardcore skype user, and I talk with family and friends non stop. My family uses about 3,000 minuets a month, and with calling across the country most of the time, we needed an alternative to local carriers and cell phones. Bills were just too high! So we signed up for Vonage. So far Vonage has been OK. But it could be better. CID doesn’t work very well, and I have had allot of ANI failures when calling some people on Qwest's network for some reason. Sometimes there are some annoying outages, and tech support... well you probably should ask your dog to fix it. If you have Roadrunner get their digital phone.
