    Here's an update..

    My Vonage service has been great since dayone. I have not had any significant problems in their service. I think there was one or two dropouts within the past two years. However, I think it is fantastic value for the $17 unlimited service I pay every month. (I bought one-year of service in a mulp payment.)

    I haven't had to contact the customer service reps so I can't share any insights regarding some of the bad experiences others may have had with them.

    Vonage has provided very good service. I am very happy with them despite the lawsuit with Verizon. I hope the courts realize innovation is more important than frivolous patents.
