I'm a former Sunrocket customer trying to find new voip that is good. I called vonage on Tuesday and ordered a 2 day delivery phone adapter. The sales monkey ignored the Sunrocket (there was a special offer for them) former provider and proceeded to follow the canned script to take my order for service. On Friday, I called vonage multiple times to find out why there was no adapter. Some time during my 4 calls to customer service, the order was processed and "would be there in 2 days". Gee that's a week of phone while paying for 2 day delivery! The better deal was the Sunrocket special, but I had to cancel original no show order, and order again. Again, the phone was answered (same person I swear) by the script reading, loud room behind, trained monkey who finally got Sunrocket in my dialogue and promised me my phone adapter in 24 hours. Sure. It's Friday, dim wit, and late in the day when this went in.
Bottom line, don't go here. Sales is customer facing. If they don't want to pay for quality here, they are on their way out of business.
