    My Other Reviews·Optimum Online
I have had vonage for over 2 years now and have found it extremely reliable. I ported number from AT&T CallVantage because I got a better deal and more features that suited me. I have the old Linksys RT31P2 and it works great.

I have used their SoftPhone product for my girlfriend while she was in London and it worked fairly well. Worked best when she was direct connected to the Internet and not just picking up a Wi-Fi signal somewhere in the city.

I think VoIP is great and for those concerned about power outages just buy a decent battery backup to connect to your Cable/DSL Modem, VoIP Box and phone if cordless and you are covered.

I am extremely happy with Vonage and highly recommend it.

Unethical rating if you work for the company

I think this is very unethical in rating a company that you work for and not disclosing it

I don't think so, he could have just as easily rated it poorly if he so desired. I feel the same as he does and I can assure you that I don't work for Vonage... It might have been good to mention that he works for them, but it sure doesn't rise to the level of un-ethical behaviour in my opinion.
