Had problems with the service for the first few months, but that was over three years ago. Since then there's really not been any issues other than the rare occasion that I can't access the voicemail section of the web site.
If other network activity is occurring, communications can be difficult some times and there isn't a 'default' way in my LinkSys Vonage router to improve the Quality of Service for the voice communication.
