    Hi,

    Have been using Vonage for some 6 months now, and all I can say is No more ATT.

    Vonage service has been everything they advertised it so be. Voice quality is excellent. Up time has been excellent; my vonage box did hiccup one time for a couple hours, but just had to power off reset it.

    Only con to mention is issue with VoIP in general in that if our ISP connection drops, no fone, but it just forwards to my cell anyhow so nothing is lost.

    I save some 25.00 each month over our previous ATT service. I can save even more money if I decide to pay a full year in advance....but will wait on that until the tax rebate comes thru....

    Update to Review

    Hi,

    I continue to be very pleased with Vonage. Ok they raised their rates a bit, but it is still better than what I had been using in the past.

    Again, the ONLY con is that when the internet goes out, so goes your phone service; however that is a known thing about VoIP, so make sure your ISP (Comcats in our case) is reliable if you need your phone service up all the time. Comcast has been VERY reliable as an ISP for us.
