Started my service by paying $9 for S/H with the first month free, and the option to send the box back within that free month and not get any bills. GREAT offer and worth it for anyone to try it. I've had it for almost a year now with no problems. Install was plug and play with my Comcast HSI. Monthly bil is ~$31 which includes unlimited long distance even to Europe. Never had any problems and that's why I gave Tech Support a "5" rating, I've NEVER had to call them.
UPDATE: It's been a year now. Still great service with no problems at all. A bit pricey for VOIP service but if you are unsure about VOIP because of reliability then Vonage is a great stepping stone to start with. I'm dropping the Value rating from 5 to 3 because with all the new VOIP providers undercutting Vonage, they haven't lowered prices at all.
