    Signed up and got a great sales rep.

    Everything was downhill form there.

    I called them prior to them requesting the port from TW. After 4 hours of run-around on the phone I told them I wanted to cancel.

    I was supposed to have ONE MONTH FREE .... But in order to stop Vonage line port and cancel my 'FREE MONTH' I had to allow them to charge $45++ on my card.

    After they charged me they ported ANYWAY.

    Vonage is the lowest of the low and payphones would be preferable to these liars.
