    11/1/2004 Update:

    I have been informed my number can not be ported and even if it could be I can not have E911 and a ported number. I did read about the E911 and ported number issue posted here few days ago. The website still has the two upgrade options for me : E911 and LNP.

    Call quality to Canada has been bad lately and 3 way calling has been even worse. Lowering web site and call rating because of the LNp/E911 status and options (not reflective of on or the other option) and 3 way calling and Canada calls are just horrible.

    Ordered Packet8 from Amazon after got tired of Vonage outages and bad call quality. Got the 310 in three days with the free shipping, installation, and two months of free service. Have called canada and locally call quality is excellent.
