Till today 01/18/2005 not resolved
Nobody cares in Customer Service, Tech Support or Billing.
And have no proper communication with in the department or between departments. One Funyy stupid Billing CSR says that he doesn't have time to look at the account to see the details and name can be obtained on request.
Things can change rapidly and people leave soon if these Customer Service, Billing CSR personnal continue what they are doing now.
