If you no longer really use a provider, just don't update the review any more.
It will fall further and further down the list, and even if people look at it, they will see the date of your last revision and take that into account.
Old reviews are not counted in the current ratings.
So, again, just let it alone.
(I don't think that the site totally removes old reviews as they are of historic interest).
