    I have been using a friends service for 12 months So I can not comment on PRE SALE or INSTALL but everything else I can. They have 5 Tiers Basic ranging from 256K/128k to 10MBPS/1.5Mbps prices ranging from 14.95 to 59.95 Tiers are 256k/128k, 1.5Mbps/256k 6Mbps/1Mbps 10Mbps/1Mbps and 10Mbps/1.5Mbps I currently am on the mid speed which is decent. But as soon as I get my own service. I will have 10Mbps/1.5mbps and I will revisit this review. This company has HDTV and Digital Phone. At that time I Will give a review of how the highest speed goes.

    The Cable Company has destroyed itself by relasing 18 mebg service without the bandwidth to cover it so now it goes down all day long.
