    I have been very happy with the service. Like the ability to forward the phone from a web page. I would be nice if they had a less graphically accessible web page to allow me to change phone options from my mobile phone.

    Continue to have no issues....voice quality is good.

    update - 12/22/08 - Had some call quality issues and they replaced the cable from my house to the local pole. Since then all has been good. Continue to like all the features and functions.

    Optimum Voice outbound sound cuts out

    We've had an ongoing issue for months with packet loss causing outbound audio to suffer. (We can hear people we're talking to just fine, but regularly they cannot hear us.)

    We've had Optimum Voice come out to resolve the issue. We're now on our 6th home repair request. Twice the tech support people inadvertently disconnected us and left declaring the issue resolved . . . resulting in our frantically calling to reschedule another visit to reconnect our cable, phones, and internet service.

    They have yet to live up to their promise. Am considering going back to wired phone service.
