The setup and integration with VoicePulse was painless and easy. I
quickly had my Asterisk server setup to route outbound calls through
VoicePulse. I was happy with the service and quality of calls. The cost
per minute was very reasonable.

what plan is it?

Residential plans start from $25/mo ($15 + $10 for SIP credentials); and business plans are not listed, but seem to be around $100/mo.
