On October 13, 2005, I signed up with GalaxyVoice as a backup after getting frustrated with SunRocket's many outages.
They have a Free VoIP plan for people in NY, MA, NH and RI, so the price couldn't be beat. There is no monthly charge and the plan includes 60 minutes of outgoing calls to the US per month (Toll-free numbers are also free and don't seem to impact the free 60 minutes). Anything over 60 is billed at 2.3 cents a minute (US and some international destinations). Their international rates seem reasonable. All incoming calls are free. There is a $24.95 activation fee and I'm using my own Sipura SPA-1001. If you don't BYOD (bring your own device), you can purchase a VoIP phone or adapter for $69.95 (including shipping).
It took 3 days to receive my account information. I received the information on a Saturday and e-mailed their support that day for configuration information for my SPA-1001. I received a response within 24 hours. I haven't had to telephone their support yet, so I can't comment on that.
I was up and running pretty quickly and all seemed to work fine. I didn't use the service much for the first few months. I've just recently started using it more since I'm looking for new work and didn't want to give my home number out. Call quality has been excellent, except for an echo of myself that I can hear for the first few seconds of the call.
As others have said, the web portal is in need of a makeover but it is completely functional... except for the billing. Strangely enough, my credit card gets charged for less than it says on the online bill.
I'm currently waiting for my phone number to ported from SunRocket to another provider (QuantumVoice). However, they have been having trouble getting SunRocket to release my number (previously ported from Verizon). If they fail again, I may consider making GalaxyVoice my primary provider.
The only feature that is missing for me is outbound caller ID with name.
I will adjust my ratings as I use the service more.

The incoming caller ID with name seems to be broken. I've e-mailed their support and they responded that it is being worked on.

Caller ID with name is working again. No complaints about service. Everything has been excellent.

I decided to switch my primary home line (on QuantumVoice) over to GalaxyVoice. They allowed me to sign up for a second FreeVoIP plan ($24.95 activation fee) so that I could keep my second line. It took them a couple days to set up the additional account. My new account was set up on 5/5. I configured it on one of my Sipuras and made some test calls (everything worked fine). The same day I faxed them the LNP request. On 5/18 I received an e-mail that my number would be ported over on 5/25. Everything went as planned with no noticable interruption.
When they port an outside number over, they add it as "Remote Virtual Number". They keep your original number with them as the primary number. However, they have an option in their control panel that allows you to set an alternate caller ID number so that outbound calls can be set to any number on your account. The only other issue I found was with voicemail. To retrieve voicemail from outside of your house you need to dial a voicemail access number. When entering your mailbox number you need to enter the original number and not the ported number. Not a big deal, but you have to remember to enter that number. Overall, I'm very happy with GalaxyVoice/RNK. The call quality seems better than QuantumVoice and the price is right.

Still satisfied with service. Inbound Caller ID with Name is working again. They fixed it sometime earlier in the year. My biggest problem in the past was some calls not ringing through or ringing once and going to voicemail. I found a conflict with the QOS settings on my router and the usage of a STUN server on the VoIP adapter. You can use one or the other but not both. Once I adjusted the settings, no problems. I rarely go over the 60 free outbound minutes since we use cell phones to talk among the family. My monthly bill is about $2.35 in fees and taxes. The only thing that seems to be missing with this service is the outbound name on Caller ID (there isn't any).
