Poor customer service. Lot of fineline policies. Careful when you sign up. Infrastructure is old and not upto date. DSL Speed average. Only if you are in Toronto it is ok. But you will never see 7Mbps. Technical support is below average long wait times. I you look for Bell Roger alternates look for some other company.
