Earthlink Sucks....
First it use dinamic IP and use that stupid WinPoet software to log on. First I thought there was no dail up for DSL.. but guess what.. not with Earthlink okey. Yoou have to use winpoet or their software to login into their network. I had Earthlink DSL service since Dec. 1999, since then i have problem with browsing the internet, sometime is fast, but sometime is slow, and sometime it even dont have any response after i type in an URL. I call their CS, and they refuse to trouble shooting my problem 'cause i am not useing English version of Windows 98. What kind of craps is that. Now i want to switch my ISP.. guess what.. i have 1 year contract with them, they will charge me $150. What should i do??? so helpless...
