Update 12/16/2008: Still very satisfied. 1 outage that I can remember, only about a half hour. For the price that is acceptable in almost a year of service.
I now have all my lines ported over, and could only be happier with a portal upgrade. I have a BYOD PAP2T, and I've made several changes to its set up to make the portal much less important. The one thing they need to add to the portal is a counter. Currently, there is no way to track the number of minuets used, and they offer many metered plans. I have to copy and paste in to an excel spreadsheet I created, and it's not perfect.
Original review: Great service. Signed up last year, and have since ported all my lines to them. None of the BS you will find with other services. With other services, you either pay too much plus ridiculous amounts in fees, or you pay less and you get intermittent spotty service. With QV you have the best of both worlds, no fees, low prices, and reliable service with good features. They are not perfect of course, and their web portal just plain sucks. But then again I didn't sign up to have a pretty fancy website to visit every day. The bottom line is the portal is awful, but it is functional (for the most part) the only thing I found to not work is uploading VM greeting via the portal.
