Updated 2/10/2009 I was on the 500 minute plan, so the call log was important for tracking the call times. I had written a program to track the total time, but without the log details I had nothing to track with. Around November, a number of the call log details got deleted during a a service update. I was told by tech support they would be reloaded, and they just never were. The amount of phone calls & emails trying to get it fixed, I just didn't think it was worth the time & effort. A month later the details were still not reloaded, so I dropped their service.

I'm dropping the tech support a notch. I've submitted 2 trouble tickets and 1 email for the same problem during a 1 week time frame. There's just no acknowledgment from them.

I switched around Oct from another voip. Not as many bells/whistles as other voips, but what is included does the job.
It's been nice to be billed once monthly for 1 total payment, and not have the charge broken up into multiple monthly payments.
Sound is very clear so far.
Very easy install.
