    I had to switch from ATT and adding phone service to my current Comcast package was too expensive. I had a terrible customer service experience with Vonage and Quantumvoice seemed to meet my requirements for a low cost for the amount of home phone use that I generate.

    I had a very fast response to my inquiries and I was set up and running very quickly. My Customer Service emails and phone conversations were all responded to very well.

    I am using a Linksys 2162 and I have had no problems or service interruptions since I subscribed in April 2008.
