Well despite what I have read here well over 20 times, my flashcom experience so far was excellent. ( yeh surprising huh?) Anyway, I gave them a call on the 2nd of March and got a price of 79 a month for 768/3 something DSL, which i was willing to pay, BUT i could not find my credit card. So i called back the next day and guess what! they had avaiable as of that day 1.5/384 DSL for 79 a month ( i would have been so pissed if i ordered the DSL the night before). So on the 3rd i placed my order, a friday, they said about 3 weeks you will get a call saying when the appointments for bell atlantic to come and covad to come will be, they also in formed me those appointments could add up to a total of 21-45 business days after they contacted me ( 3 weeks after i ordered). Well just today, the 23rd i got a call from them saying BA and covad will be here on friday and saturday. Well i must say i was shocked, after reading everyone, and i really do mean everyone, saying they have been waiting over 4 months in some cases for DSL, that i will have my DSL running (hopefully) in 3 weeks after i ordered.... well ill update this and tell how the installs and setup went but so far so good, im impressed, when they said the 24th i had to ask of what month lol.... and they said march and i was happy but god damn, dont ever bother trying their "customer care" i just call the sales department and ask them because OF COURSE like any greedy company they are ognna have TONS of sales reps so no one waits on hold to shell out cash....
