This company has spammed at least eight forums (including this one) that I've found so far. First "browynscott" or "alisonfarell" makes a post that says, "I am planning to switch to Internet phone. Heard good things about Lingo, how is it?"
Then, "philipwinthrop" or "pwinthrop" shows up a few hours later and says that "as per their website and some of my friends", they have "got good rates and neat features". In one post, he said he may even sign up himself! If that's not a testimonial, I don't know what is!
In the spirit of keeping spam under control, I recommend you to avoid this VoIP provider.
