I hope I'm not jinxing myself, but I've had Infospeed for a couple of
days now and I love it. Six months ago, I ordered red connect's home
service and was told that it would be done in 30 days. Well, it didn't
happen and it was impossible to get a straight answer from them. I
finally cancelled the order ($299 installation and $80 a month for
640/120 speeds) and ordered infospeed a week and a half ago. The
representative I talked to was very helpful, and everything went
smoothly. Overall, I think this is great and will have a really hard
time going back to 56k connections.
