I ordered VoiceWing for a 30day no-risk trial. Online ordering was long but easy to navigate and within days I received the kit. It included all necessary hardware to hook it up to the router (ActionTec, VZ 3/.768 DSL). It was working immediately, but I noticed that voice sounded way different than on landline phone. Lots of other people complained about echo and degraded voice quality. Another problem was obvious reliability. For unknown reason phone was disabled and had to be reactivated online. Feature wise, service was awesome, allowed me to do everything online, including placing calls and listening to voicemail.
The actual hardware was Linksys PAP2 and VZ was "kind enough" to disable web configuration by creating their own password and I was forced to use voice based setup which was buggy to say the least. I wanted to set QoS in hopes of improving quality but tech support was clueless about VZ router.
I had billing issues, when they forgot to cancel my service before 30 day mark and I was charged extra month and asked to pay cancellation fee. Manager was able to quickly resolve that.
