To whom it may concern,
I have just ordered DSL through Phoenix Networks. My sales reps
Lou Vigano / Mike Hines (sales rep in training) have been extremely
responsive to all of my requests and Lou (who is the main sales rep) has
provided me with all the information I needed to make an intelligent
decision while Mike has been providing the follow up / returning my calls. The most important thing is that they have been very forthright and up front
with me indicating that the time frame for the installation would be approximately 2 months. By doing so, they are not setting any false expectations.
If the rest of the process goes as easily as the ordering phase, I will
be extremely happy. As of now, I'd strongly recommend Phoenix. I will
update this review upon any further development.
