I have recently cancelled an order for DSL service with Flashcom. It was
the worst experience I have ever had with a company. No one there seems
to know what they are doing. I called Phoenix because I heard your radio
commercial and I figured anyone else had to be better than Flashcom!!!!
To my pleasant suppress I was right. I am dealing with a Jason
McDermott, who is not only very Knowledgeable but is also very
courteous!!!!! So far my experience with Phoenix is great and I will be
telling my other high tech friends about you guys!!!!
