    Its nothing special, but its cheaper than an unlimited POTS line, quality is identical to it as well. Still sounds better than my cell phone.

    Install took about a week from the day I signed up. Initially they provided an older modem(SBV 4200) that did not work(bad ethernet port), after complaining they delivered a Motorola SBV 5220 which works fine.

    its more expensive because of the way it is designed. It is actually NOT a VoIP Product. Meaning you do not have to have Internet for it to work like you do with Vonage or MagicJack.

    Also like you said the call quality is the same as POTS and your 'net connection can be hammered and does not affect the call quality.

    Digital Phone is NOT a VoIP product. It is just as the name states; Digital Phone.
