SunRocket has alot of problems and I can't deal with their bullshit and I'm tired of being treated like this. I called the same day to cancel my number to be transfer to SunRocket and canceled their service. The gentleman was very nice and didnt try to stop me from canceling SunRocket so I believe he did respect my decision.
Please do not sign up with SunRocket. I did sign up however because of their free phones and their service was 24.95 per month. But sorry I canceled their service. It was going fine one week ad then it disappointed me all the way.

SunRocket had occurred an outage problem. I had no service for almost 1 day and 2 hrs. I dont know what happen but I believe they were having techincal difficuities and they are resolving the issue. Well I've been reading the posts from other point of views, I believe it can also happen to any other VOIP if an outage occurs. But I dont agree with SunRocket failover. If outages continues, calls should be forwarded to another alternate number or to voicemail. Busy signals, or dead air after trying dialing a number is not acceptable.
I'll keep SunRocket for now. If I do experiences outages again, I wont cancel or anything like that. I'm only going to use their service until February. I'm heading to college and my parents dont need SunRocket. They will do fine with Traditional Phone Service with AT&T. I will, however, not sign up with SunRocket after I cancel in February of 2006 again. I'll go back with AT&T CALLVANTAGE. Their service is alot better and believe me I was never disappointed.
********************************************* First I would like to also thank AT&T Call Advantage for their great service. I've loved it. The reason I left because I didnt know I need an expanded phone that will work in 2 different locations. I was stuck by 1 location. So we canceled it.
Before I was about to reorder AT&T service, I went to SunRocket's website. I didnt believe their offer and their new bottom line price. And a free phone handset and another expanded handset. So I said I'll try. Nothing was charged on my credit card for ANYTHING.
I received the eqiupment on Wednesday, August 24TH from UPS. I was happy that it came quick and easy to setup.
I hope SunRocket doesn't disappoint me like my old provider LINEFIRE. I will update this from time to time. For right now, I'm loving it every second.
