There is no other decent hi speed ISP option in my area, so we had to spring for Towerstream. $550/month is a steep cost, but the good news is that I've never had a problem with the service going down. Pretty reliable and good customer/tech support when I get them on the phone.
We have been using them as our main isp to stream video from the field for our very high profile website (name wont be mentioned) and there service has always been stable. Their customer service is great with random calls just to check in, which is always nice. I would highly recommend Towerstream
