so far i've had little to no problems with cebridge, connection is fast, and local staff is friendly, so far only big problem i've had was a 9 hour long outage when a truck ran down a pole, but, that of course, wouldn't be cebridge's fault. signed up for 512k service which was upped to 1mbit, and now they are uppeing that to 3mbit, with a 5mbit option. overall very happy.
