    Well, unlike most reviews I've read on here about TW Telecom.... I'm actually on it, whereas most of the reviews are people who are confusing Time Warner Cable's Road Runner with TW Telecom.

    It works well, and they can provide some serious speeds... but it comes with a cost.

    Finally the first real review for TWTELECOM

    Everything has been great for us the passed 4 years. Always copper/smartjack problems if any. TW dropped the ball on us last week for the first time. Our trouble ticket did not get worked on in a timely manor. The problem was as usual, Ameritech's (or whatever they are called this week) copper. But they were slow to dispatch the tech. It took escalation from management. Not the TW we have dealt with in the past. Are they going through 'changes'? We may start looking again for another provider. With the cost of their service, one should expect nothing less than stellar service/support.
