Viatalk is a "can do" company. Their pricing is agressive and their service is pretty solid. I have a few voice quality issues, especially on calls of more than five minutes. Overall the service is exceptional for the price. Their customer service is second to none. Sound quality is not quite as good as Vonage and Voicepulse, but you get a lot for what you're paying.

I had a 2 year plan with Viatalk. Over the past year, service go less reliable, voice quality dropped and customer service was non-existent. I finally ported my number to another provider.
One good note was that the customer care representative at Viatalk who took my disconnection was really nice and helpful in spite of the fact I was leaving. That's worth a pat on the back to them.
