    Updated and final review for viatalk.

    If your looking for a solid phone company Viatalk is your answer. If you talk alot it can be a minus to you like what happened to me.(read below). There tech support and even there phone support i would say is very good no problems and always got it, took care of it when i called them, or a ticket.

    Always adding new stuff, that will be missed and seeing the president of viatalk in here was nice and ACTIVE.

    I hope one day i hope they will change the TOS in minutes i would go back to them.

    Bottom line: tho i was with them a short time i was very impressed with them, and 1000 times better than vonage for uptime and tech support.

    Updating from the 23th on a email set to viatalk.
    The responds back was not irrelavant to the email i sent them back to solve this problem.

    Good company but some poeple need to read tickets better there.
    Therefor i have downgraded (on dslreports) and is now in the process of disconnect with them.

    Im off looking for a new voip provider.

    Viatalk very rock solid and very impressed with there network.

    On November 20th got a email from viatalk. I have two lines and was going to start a third line when i got a email. One for me and one for the kids on the lines. Email from viatalk stated they could not long give me service any more to do the way the kids talking patterns are.( they talk and talk). Not even there business plan could help out. I was aware for there Tos when i signed up and didnt think how much they where talking. ( not viatalks fault MINE or really the (teen)kids)

    I do have one open ticket trying to resolve this but no answer (YET). ( i will update)
    Disconnect is set on Dec,1 2006

    Im off to find a new Voip provider without caps.

    After reading reviews about this company i said i will jump. I was looking for a great company to replace my vonage lines (3 of them) that i had.

    Presales was all top notch answered all the questions i had to say very well trained. No books they are reading from i could hear unlike vonage.

    Sales really no problem except a slight hiccup on there system. I ordered to start off with two lines but i wanted two PAP2 adapters. One got shipped the other one never showed. Made i quick phone call to them was on hold not long at all, he could confirm that it would ship out that day that where was a mix up. Guessing not too many people order two pap2 the same day so i will rate them TOP NOTCH. Very Professional.

    Tech support. Two tickets where open and where closed within two days. One was to ask about where my other pap2 was and made a phone call (faster) so i could get it to ship that day. Second ticket was for the Admin and password to both pap2 and within 24 hours had the password. Viatalk you RULE when it comes that so i can play with the settings. Again Tech Support TOP NOTCH.

    One thing i do like its in beta is that you can choose which server is closer to you.

    One thing i wish they would change is that the name on the caller id (name) going out if you could change in the dashboard. Tho i do love the inbound calling Caller id feature is cool.

    Bottom line: Been active for 2 weeks now no downtime (2500 minutes so far ). This company is Top when it comes to Sales and Tech. again TOP NOTCH.

    To the Ceo of this company i know he reads these. GREAT COMPANY keep up the good work and keep new things coming, and to all the people in Sales,Tech to Shipping Great JOB and a job that is done right.
