(ratings below consensus)

I have had too many issues with my service with them consisting of the following things:

    1.) Ringback not working
    2.) Very choppy calls
3.) Calls going to busy signals
4.) Incoming calls going to Network down forwarding

The strange thing with calls going to Network down forwarding is that its forwarded to a DID on the same Asterisk server that I use, so the connection is up.

I also get Too Lagged notices in the log files which shows the inconsistent connection to Viatalks servers at times. When this occurs the calls are horrendous.

They are very cheap and have a great feature set but I would rather pay more with less features to get a reliable connection.

My other providers that I use are way more reliable and only occasionally have issues but with Viatalk its hit or miss everyday with a missed incoming call or choppy voice.

I live 10 minutes away from them and you would think that my connection would be pretty good to there service but it is not. My mother who lives 1mi from them has worse service than me, go figure.

I will be moving on shortly.

Service is hit or miss. Mostly use cell phones now. Once my contract it up I will be switching to VoipO.
