    I have been using ViaTalk for a little over a year now (PAP-2T, provisioned), being a "victim" of the Sunrocket melt-down. I have had excellent voice quality throughout my service term and, the few times I have had to call CS or submit a ticket, I have had prompt and excellent service. The only thing they could do to make the CP "excellent" would be to optomize it or have a version for use with a Smartphone.
