    I've been a ViaTalk customer for about a year now and have absolutely no complaints. My service has been totally reliable, and has only been out when my net was down. I really can't comment on CS since I've never had to call them.

    Call quality is about as good as can be expected w/ VOIP. It's not as good as a POTS line, but is very clear w/ no lag or echoes.
