    GREAT feature set and price. Service is inconsistent.
    Viatalk is not a suitable replacement for a reliable voip service, but it's an acceptable second line.

    Customer service is hit or miss. If you're not comfortable handling problems on your own I wouldn't recommend Viatalk.
