    I used Broadvoice for a couple of years, but changed due to slowly degrading service. I came to Viatalk upon the recommendation of a couple of colleagues of mine.

    I used the BYOD plan since I use an Asterisk server at home for my phone system. I placed the order online and I had the SIP credentials within a couple of days and had it activated. I put the appropriate settings in my config files and it was up and running.

    I had some quality issues with my former provider that I had believed was my 'net connection, but those issues have never presented themselves on Viatalk.

    I have seen lots of complaints about this company in reading the forums here, but I do have to say my experience so far (about 9 months) has been great.
