    I have been with Viatalk for about 22 months now. It is almost time to renew since my buy one get one is almost over. I have experienced a few call quality issues ranging from echos to drop calls. The dropped call eventually I traced back to losing my internet connection. After I had this fixed with my cable provided everything is back to the good normal that I am used to. Overall I am very pleased with my service from Viatalk. I would recommend this to anyone. I use a Viatalk supplied adapter, on the back end of a D-Link router with Cable internew 6MB down and 256 up.
