Well I noticed that Phoenix is taking a step in the right direction here to resolve our biggest complaint. Install co-ordnination!
When I called to find out the status of my order I noticed that the customer care dept is now listed in the Menu. They took my number to call me back with info. I hope they do, with some REAL info! Not a jackass line that companies love to give to you.
