    Using 5 Meg Service.
Ordered over the phone.... at the time of iStop crash
    Using PPPoE with Static IP

I have 3 DSL accounts with Teksavvy (two residential and 1 business). The support and stability of the service is amazing. One of the accounts is far from the CO and the speed was at 1 Meg at best but recently there were upgrades by Bell in the neighborhood and now the line is excellent. Even at the 1Meg I'd go with Teksavvy rather than Videotron.

I have referred over half a dozen other people to Teksavvy and so far they have all been extremely happy with the service they've received.

I've also moved my telephone lines to Teksavvy. There have been some billing issues, but they are working on fixing it. At this stage I consider the billing issues growing pains since Teksavvy has only recently started offering this service and my billing is somewhat of a mess due to the number of accounts on the same bill. So far they have been very open and transparent about everything and are trying to resolve the issues.

If you are a DSL user and you have the slightest issue with your ISP, you have no excuse for not switching to Teksavvy. If your phone line is with Bell, switching to Teksavvy won't necessarily save you much, but based on my experiences TSI's customer service philosophy is much more intelligent than Bell's, Tellus', Rogers' or Videotron's (companies I've had the "pleasure" to purchase services from and that I will be avoiding as much as possible).
