I ordered the 3meg service from them (now on 5mb/s). The setup was easy. Technical support is extremely helpful. They know what they are doing. No hassle and I never wait in queue to talk to a rep. I am using a dynamic ip address with pppoe. They sent out an email about price change... thinking it was an increase, I was like "UHhh oHHH".. after reading the email.... they actually passing on the 1% tax decrease to the customers!!! YEAAAH WAY TO GO TSI!! you guys ROCK!!!
*Update: Bell activated a Remote for my area... and with the help of some people on the forum... i got hooked up... 5mb/s... things working great... thanks everyone!
*Update: I misplaced my December '07 reciept, I email them requesting them to resend it, 3mins later I get an email with the missing reciept. Now that is service!
