I currently have DRY DSL from Teksavvy and after being with them for the last few years.
Their support and customer service has really good They are willing to do what it takes to get any issues solved quickly and properly.
Their network is well managed.. Very willing to invest back into it. It does not come without it's growing pains, some routers they have have been trouble some when using MLPPP, but this is something that will get worked out. It seems as of late to be fairly under control.
They also don't throttle or shape traffic in anyway themselves, but Bell Canada decided to throttle all wholesale ISP connections which includes Teksavvy.
As frustrated as most are by Bell's throttle, Teksavvy has been working on supporting MLPPP to get around the throttle, and possible other solutions.
IF you are looking for a great ISP, who provides the speed and service for much less, Teksavvy is the ISP to take a serious look at.
