I currently have DRY DSL from Teksavvy and after being with them for the last few years, I've still can't say anything negative about this company.
Their support and customer service has been top notch. They are willing to do what it takes to get any issues solved quickly and properly. No duck tape and paper clip fixes here!
Their network is top notch.. Very willing to invest back into it, in fact speeds are sometimes better than the big guy, especially during peak hours. That was until Bell got their hands on everyone's connections... I can't blame Teksavvy for anything in this regard..
They also don't throttle or shape traffic in anyway themselves, but had had one put on them by Bell.
As frustrated as most are by Bell's throttle, Teksavvy is really speaking out to try to get this resolved and hopefully we all can be unthrottled again!
IF you are looking for a great ISP, who provides the speed and service for much less, who you will actually get excited and feel good when you pay the monthly bill! These are the guys!
