These guys were REALLY highly recommended to me. I ordered late on a Tuesday night (9:30 or so) By the next morning, I had a confirmation email, a shipping confirmation for the modem, and phones calls from both teksavvy confirming my order and payment info, and a call from the shipper, saying I wasen't home at 11am.

A quick note for the shipping company to leave the modem in my garage, and I had everything by Thursday!

Service was activated 9:45 am on the day they quoted, and EVEN in RURAL canada, with almost 4km to my C/O I am getting 4400/670 average ... and sub 100 pings to any major gaming center in the US. Sub 50's to everything texas / chicago east.

    I am VERY Pleased.

    Update. still pleased.

Update after 2.5 years of service

    STILL VERY PLEASED!

    Pings

Check if you're on interleave, if possible change to fast path.

You can get pings as low as 10-20ms

    Re: Pings

I am on fastpath, and have a perfect DSL line.

My pings are as expected. 10-20's are for TCP ICMP pings, not UDP ingame pings.

4km out and great speed... NICE!

i agree fast path is reccomended u might also want the premium package for best routed data. although your distance may be a factor for the fast path option you might want to shoot a pm to either rocky or tsirick or tsimarc they will be able to change any options in your line profile as well as pull up line stats and discuss any possible tweakable line settings. oh and glad to hear your happy with teksavvy. welcome aboard and i hope to see u in the teksavvy forum.

uhhhh .... I post regulary on the TS forums.

My stats have been posted there more than once. and I am on premium, I also have an unlimited login, and a business account.

I'm also on a remote, which is not 4km actually.

You should note that this was an UPDATE to a review, from 7-8 months ago.
