    I have nothing bad to say. There was a delay on Bell's part in getting the DSL connection working but Teksavvy kept me informed every step of the way. Every time I call Teksavvy someone answers the phone and is very helpful. When I called and left a message someone called me back. I also like the fact that Rocky is always monitoring the forums and has no problems answering questions and getting customer issues resolved. This is the kind of customer service that all ISP's need. Way to go Teksavvy!

    Update March 5, 2008: It's been over a year that I've been using Teksavvy and I'm 100% satisfied. I'm looking forward to higher speeds in the future.
