So I have been on with TekSavvy for a few now, and in all honesty, I am sort of kicking myself for going to DSL (Not TekSavvy). I have always used cable, and I miss the consistent speed with it, though the lack of torrent support with rogers is a well deserving reason to leave them in its own right.
The customer service is incredible! And they are always courteous, as well as quite frequent here on the site, so you can ask in whichever medium is better for you.
It took about 11 days from order to live, so that soured the whole thing a lot.
Set up was a hassle. I had to call too many times to get on the right profile (a few times with TS and Bell each).
Speeds could be better though, comparing to when I had initially been set up, not to rogers.
All in all, I will stick with TS just because I HATE rogers so much. I have referred a person already and plan on sending a few more their way.
UPDATE: I have changed the install co-ordination, based on the fact that bell screwed up.
UPDATE2: After a few months, things have changed for the better, with many MANY thanks to TSI for that!
UPDATE3: Still going strong, final update. Great service still, and as always, fast, reliable and fantastic internet / company!!!
