Excellent routing and low latency. All terms are clear and the caps are more than reasonable (300G). Extra bandwidth is available for cheap (10$ 100GB). Customer service and tech support manned by Canadian humans who know their stuff, not script reading drones from another continent. I highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Still at the mercy of Bell for loop length/line quality. Throttling can be evaded with MLPPP.

Personally been with them since 2006-02-15. Moved to another location and relocation of service was easy. I've referred about 10 family members/friends and all of them are satisfied.

31.95$
+10.22$ for the dry-loop.
The price is right.
