    My Other Reviews·Velcom
Rocky helped me to identify the nature of my disconnections when i was with Vif
by allowing me to use a temporary LogIn account which he offered graciously. It
was most appreciated and i knew i'd become one of their customers, eventually.

Those people proved that they care about quality service on many occasions, they
didn't hesitate to call each time it was required (my transition from ElectronicBox
was quite a mess and it caused the start date to change but TekSavvy handled it
smoothly). Users who have their signal routed thru Québec city must be ready to
accept an increase in latency delays as a result of the distance but it's still OKay.

Ha, and 4 over 5 sounds right in a real world: nothing is perfect but they're close!

    Update (2008-Mar-3):

I'm now with VelCom, the technique to which i refer in the text from above has never
been brought to its full potential despite all my efforts and relentless patience:

    »Disconnection TroubleShooting using an ST5x6

In any case, this is not the right place to criticize TekSavvy but you can try to send
me a private message to get my true feelings after you read posts similar to this one:

    4 out of 5....

What do you mean we're not perfect!

I could see 4.5 out of 5, but 4 out of 5 is too low!

    edit:
    March 4th, @06:24AM

    Change of rating now?

I find it hard to understand how our service values can change 3 months after cancellation!? You cancelled December 9th, 2007 and are now giving a service update on us March 4th? Short from trying to extend a personal issue between you and I this makes "0" sense!

There's no point to answer here, my replies are edited
or simply disapear and you get the last word everytime.
