I've been with Teksavvy after being with a few other 3rd parties and Teksavvy has been by far the best.
From the noob to the nerd they are what you want.
The only issue I have is I never got cake at the party but thats not a huge thing. You got an ISP that will battle for you and will be battling for it's users on Tuesday. They are forward thinking and other then sitting in little boxes they never spend any other time in the box.
When you call support (I've never had to so this is all 3rd party) you get humans in southern ontario who don't read scripts and tell you to reformat your computer. Your other support options are the fourms and via email but I find the forums the best option.
Example of how fast they are:
a) I posted in the TS direct I Would like static IP block, within 15mins it was done and I had a email with all the details
b) Switch from Unlimited to Premium, that was another post in the direct forum and I think that was about 10mins.
c) I wanted to take care of my own DNS records both forward and reverse, that was about 20mins for the setup.
Look at the reviews, look at the forums and you be the judge. I don't use BT all that often so I plan to stick with TS until they get rid of me. Then I will go camp on the front lawn until they let me back.
