Switching from Telus to Teksavvy was a breeze, even during it's beta stages. Teksavvy matches the speed off other DSL ISPs, has much better caps/Tech support, and they do so at an even cheaper price!
Install was a breeze, and if you encounter any problems, you can be sure theres someone around on the forums to troubleshoot it with you. I haven't had to use Tech support yet, but even just random chit chat gets fast, educated responses.
Teksavvy is IMO, the perfect ISP who focuses on customer satisfaction. The only downfall I can see, is they don't control the lines, and rely on other providers to fix certain problems. But from what I can see, they go the extra mile and make sure the ISP which controls the lines, fix whatever problem you may be having as soon as possible.
All in all, great service. I have, and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for better service.
[Update - 06/12/08]got a PM from the site requesting an update, so here it is 
I've contacted Teksavvy a few times (None having to do with service problems... Services changes, inquiries, ect) And response time was very quick, and the staff was friendly.
Teksavvy is the best ISP I've had the pleasure of having. The only pitfall, is no unlimited service...which is understandable :P And their bandwidth is so cheap, that unlimited is not needed.
If your thinking of making the switch...you wont regret it.
